Sunday 8-3-14 It's Been A While

Hey everyone, I am writing today because I need to encourage myself to run again. I have been out of it since I ran Ragnar, and had that two week class where I was out working in the sun every day. After that I fell out of my habit of running. I have put back on a few pounds, and am frustrated with myself because of this. I am not beating myself up over it, but it still sucks. Even with my trainer I haven't been able to keep up with her training schedule. So I will talk to her Tuesday when I go up to SLC to run. I need to get back into my rhythm.

Anyone have a suggestion for after you fall out of your routine and picking it back up?

Keep your eyes posted for an update to my runs this coming week. The following week I'll be in St. Louis, and will update from there. Running at sea level again!
