1-23-14 Awesome Title Goes Here!

I have now done two work outs for my training group, and so far so good. I also just got the email today for my Saturday workout, I will be doing a 6 mile run. I haven't run further than 4 miles since I ran my marathon, and the 4 mile run was tonight. But if i focus and listen to my music as I focus on form I'l be alright. The path I'm running isn't very hilly, I'm not sure if there are any at all. Also with my run tonight, I did the 4 miles and my knee is doing fine (even without the knee brace)!

Nutrition wise I have been getting closer and closer to my caloric goals each day. Today since I worked out I was able to get under my caloric intake without an issue, and had quite a few calories to spare. I keep forgetting to weigh myself at the gym as I am on my way out.
